About Nadia Rouson

Class, character, grace, and authenticity define what it means to be a true "leading lady", and Nadia Rae Rouson embodies every one of those qualities. She has dedicated her life and heart to caring for and empowering those in search of wholeness and purpose. Affectionately known as "Lady Rae," she is called upon as a mentor, teacher, counselor, speaker, and leader within her generation. Her profession and passion allow her to bridge the worlds of education and mental health counseling as both a career professional and a devoted advocate for families.

Nadia is happily married to Dr. Cedric D. Rouson and is distinguished as the Leading Lady of The Place of Change in Chesapeake, VA, where her husband serves as lead pastor. Together, they share a deep burden for the transformation of hurting people and can be found bringing restoration to all they encounter.

The Rousons are blessed to nurture the lives of their two sons, Creeden Darnell and Caden Donnell.

Nadia is the founder of Est.Her Empowerment Group, an organization designed to empower women of all backgrounds to discover and establish their path to purpose and passion. Through this organization, she seeks to help women cultivate a healthy mental life, a strong and thriving relationship with God, and meaningful engagement with community.

"It is my desire and passion to see women grow into who God has called them to be and to walk out what God has called them to do. I understand the struggle of walking a path that others have created for you, but it is time that we, as women, establish our own. Let us walk boldly on a path filled with strategy, stability, empowerment, and Godly influence. We are powerful women, and we can lift each other higher. Let's be great with what we have, and let's make each other great." — Nadia Rouson
